What an extra special blessing - TWINS! Twins definitely deserve a special announcement into this world!  The playful fonts used in this design are a great mix with the light colors.  I also love the matching damask border which adds a fresh and modern feel.  This is a perfect design to end the week on and would also be a perfect design to announce your "little ones!"  I included two versions of this design to illustrate how simple it is to revise a design to match your preference.  The color combinations you could combine are endless!
